These terms describe the rules for using PakCreator and the responsibilities of creators, customers, and platform users.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for the content, products, offers, links, communities, and automations you create through PakCreator .
You may not use PakCreator for unlawful, misleading, harmful, infringing, abusive, or spam-related activity.
Creators are responsible for describing offers clearly, delivering promised products or services, handling customer questions, and complying with applicable laws, platform rules, and tax obligations.
PakCreator may remove content, pause features, or restrict accounts when needed to protect customers, creators, payment partners, or the platform.
Payments for creator products (such as payment pages, courses, locked content, events, and SuperLinks) may be processed by third-party payment gateways. Availability of payment methods, payout timing, and payment approvals can depend on those providers and their compliance checks.
Creator product sales use an all-in platform fee of 5% on an active Creator or Pro plan, or 8% on the Free plan (including after a paid plan expires). This fee covers payment gateway charges, applicable taxes, platform service costs, and payout handling — so you do not pay separate fees for each step.
Your wallet balance and payouts reflect the amount credited after this all-in fee. PakCreator platform subscription / plan payments are billed separately and are never added to your creator wallet or earnings balance.
Refunds, chargebacks, and other adjustments may affect amounts you receive. By selling through PakCreator you agree to these fee and payout terms.
We may update, add, suspend, or remove features as the platform evolves. We try to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of PakCreator after an update means you accept the updated terms.
