Most purchases on PakCreator are sold by independent creators. The creator is responsible for setting and honoring the refund terms shown on their offer page.
Customers should first contact the creator directly about refund requests, delivery issues, booking changes, or product access problems.
Because digital products can be delivered immediately, refunds may be limited once access or download links have been provided unless the creator's posted policy says otherwise.
If a product is not delivered, is materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed, PakCreator may help review the issue.
Refund eligibility for sessions, tickets, workshops, communities, and memberships depends on the creator's cancellation rules, event timing, usage, and whether access has already been provided.
Missed sessions, late cancellations, or expired access may not be refundable unless the creator chooses to approve a refund.
Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled by payment providers and banks. We may request information from creators or customers to help resolve a dispute.
Processing fees, currency conversion fees, and bank charges may not be refundable.
