Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PakCreator collects, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices creators and customers have. It includes specific disclosures for Google Sign-in and Google Calendar data used for meetings.

Who we are

PakCreator (also referred to as Pakcreator) is a creator business platform operated by Sajjad Ali. This privacy policy applies to the PakCreator website, dashboard, booking pages, and related services at pakcreator.com.

If we change how we use Google user data, we will update this policy and notify users before using that data in a new way.

Information we collect

We collect account details, profile information, payment-related records, product and booking data, messages you configure, analytics events, and information you share with us when contacting support.

When customers interact with a creator page, payment page, booking, event, lead magnet, or automation, we may process details needed to complete that interaction, such as name, email address, phone number, order details, and delivery status.

Google user data we access

PakCreator accesses Google user data only when you choose to use Google Sign-in or connect Google Calendar. We request the minimum Google data needed to operate those features.

If you choose Google Sign-in, we receive your Google account name, email address, and profile picture so we can authenticate you and create or sign in to your PakCreator account.

If you connect Google Calendar from Bookings, PakCreator accesses the following Google user data through Google APIs:

  • Your Google account email address, so we can identify the connected Calendar account.
  • Read access to your Google Calendar (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly) so we can see existing events and busy times on the connected calendar. This lets PakCreator avoid double-booking when a customer schedules a meeting.
  • Write access to calendar events (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events) so we can create, update, or cancel Google Calendar events and attach Google Meet video links for confirmed bookings and meetings.

How we use Google user data

Google Sign-in data (name, email, and profile picture) is used only to authenticate users and set up or access their PakCreator accounts.

Google Calendar data is used only to provide user-facing booking and meeting features in PakCreator:

  • Show that Google Calendar is connected and which Google email is linked.
  • Check calendar availability so customers are offered times that do not conflict with existing events.
  • Create a calendar event on the creator’s primary calendar when a booking is confirmed.
  • Generate a Google Meet conference link for that booking and share it with the creator and the customer.
  • Update or cancel the related calendar event if the booking is rescheduled or cancelled.

Limited use of Google user data

PakCreator’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing features that are visible in PakCreator. We do not sell Google user data. We do not use Google user data for advertising, targeted advertising, personalized ads, retargeting, interest-based ads, credit decisions, lending, or transfer to data brokers or information resellers.

PakCreator does not use Google Workspace APIs or Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

How we use other information

We use non-Google information to provide PakCreator features, process orders, deliver digital products, manage bookings and memberships, send creator-configured messages, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and support users.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified data to understand product performance and improve the platform.

Sharing, transfer, and disclosure

We share information only when needed to operate the platform, such as with payment processors, authentication providers, analytics tools, communication providers, and infrastructure services.

Google Calendar event details needed to run a meeting (for example, the event time, title, attendee email, and Google Meet link) are written to the creator’s Google Calendar and may be sent to the customer so they can attend the session. We do not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties for purposes other than providing or improving these PakCreator features, or when required by law.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect users and the platform.

Data protection mechanisms for sensitive data

Google Calendar data, OAuth tokens, and other Google user data are treated as sensitive data. Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. We use encryption to protect your information.

PakCreator applies the following data protection mechanisms to Google user data and other sensitive account data:

  • Encryption in transit: all communication between your browser, PakCreator, and Google APIs uses HTTPS/TLS.
  • Encryption at rest: Google OAuth tokens, calendar connection records, booking records, and other stored personal data are held in our hosted database, which encrypts data at rest.
  • Access controls: Google access tokens and refresh tokens are stored on our servers and used only by authorized backend systems. They are not exposed in public pages or to other users.
  • Account isolation: a creator can access only their own Google connection and booking data. Other users cannot read another creator’s Google tokens or calendar data.
  • Least-privilege access: we request only the Google scopes needed for sign-in, calendar availability, and meeting event creation. We do not request Gmail, Drive, or unrelated Google data.
  • Confidentiality procedures: production access to systems that store Google tokens and user data is limited to authorized operators who need it to maintain the service, and is used only to provide or secure the service.
  • Revocation: you can disconnect Google Calendar in PakCreator at any time. When you disconnect, we delete the stored Google tokens and stop accessing your Google Calendar. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions page.

Data retention and deletion

We retain personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When the retention period expires for a given type of data, we delete or destroy it.

Google Sign-in profile data is kept while your PakCreator account remains active. Google Calendar OAuth tokens are kept only while Google Calendar stays connected. If you disconnect Google Calendar, we delete the stored tokens and stop creating or reading calendar events.

Booking records, meeting times, and Meet links may be retained as part of the booking history needed to operate the service, handle disputes, or meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, including Google user data we store, by emailing hello@pakcreator.com. You can also delete content in your account or close your account.

Your choices

You can update account details, delete content, unsubscribe from optional communications, disconnect Google Calendar, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable.

You may create a PakCreator account with email instead of Google Sign-in. Connecting Google Calendar is optional and is used only if you want calendar sync and Google Meet links for bookings.

Some records may be retained when needed for security, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
