Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your PakCreator platform subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by contacting support.

Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access to paid platform features until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Fees already charged for the current period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where PakCreator approves an exception.

Most products, bookings, events, courses, memberships, and other offers on PakCreator are sold by independent creators.

Cancellation and rescheduling rules for those offers are set by the creator and shown on their offer or checkout page. Customers should follow the creator's posted cancellation terms first.

For 1:1 sessions and similar bookings, cancel or reschedule according to the creator's stated notice window.

Late cancellations, no-shows, or requests made after the creator's cutoff may not be eligible for a refund or free reschedule unless the creator agrees.

Event ticket, course, workshop, community, and membership cancellations depend on the creator's rules, start date, and whether access has already been granted.

Once digital access, download links, live attendance, or membership entry has been provided, cancellation may be limited.

For a creator purchase, contact the creator directly with your order details and the reason for cancellation.

Refunds related to cancellations are also governed by our Refund Policy. Chargebacks and payment disputes may be handled by your bank or payment provider.
